Abstract:

Jedním ze stěžejních témat této práce je vymezení tzv. antropocénu doby, v níž se zřetelně odráží vliv člověka na svět, který vnímám jako prostředek výzkumu a odrazový můstek, který mi umožňuje základní orientaci v problematice scénických umění ve vztahu k environmentálním otázkám, konfliktu člověka s přírodou a ekokritickému myšlení. Věnuji se tomu, jestli může divadlo fungovat jako neantropocentrické médium, jakou hraje roli při změně perspektivy jak v příbězích, které vypráví, tak ve způsobu, jakým je vypráví. Antropocén chápu jako zastřešující optiku, pomocí níž lze antropocentrismus odhalit a odolávat mu. Na pozadí tohoto pojmu otevírám diskuzi nad tím, jak mi může pochopení sítě vzájemných vztahů mezi všemi entitami na světě pomoct přispět k proměně myšlení. Jaké nové perspektivy, koncepce a strategie tvorby scénického díla jsou zapotřebí, jak zasahuje do estetických teorií, do dramaturgické praxe a také, jaké různé otázky otevírá při vlastní scénické tvorbě.

Abstract:

One of the central themes of this work is the definition of the so-called Anthropocene a time in which the influence of man on the world is clearly reflected, which I perceive as a means of research and a springboard that allows me to have a basic orientation in the issue of performing arts in relation to environmental issues, the conflict of man with nature and ecocritical thinking. I am devoted to whether theatre can function as a non-anthropocentric medium, what role it plays in changing the perspective both in the stories it tells and in the way it tells them. I understand the Anthropocene as an overarching optics through which anthropocentrism can be detected and resisted. Against the background of this concept, I open a discussion on how understanding the network of mutual relationships between all entities in the world can help me to contribute to the transformation of thinking. What new perspectives, concepts and strategies are needed for the creation of a stage work, how it intervenes in aesthetic theories, in dramaturgical practice and also what different questions it opens up in my own stage work.
