Věnuje se strukturálním vazbám uvnitř právního systému, základním východiskům jeho členění a odrazu teoretických koncepcí v judikatuře. The diploma thesis deals with an analysis of the legal order of the Czech Republic. Attention is paid to structural relationships within the system of law, fundamentals of its structuring and reflections of theoretical concepts in jurisdiction.
