A Proposal of Maintenance System Based on Tribodiagnostics in a Manufacturing Company.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému údržeb v podniku Z-Group Steel Holding a.s. Zavádí nový systém preventivních a prediktivních údržeb podle stavu s využitím metod tribotechnické diagnostiky (TBD). Nová strategie je aplikována na výrobní stroje a zařízení ve výrobních halách provozu válcovny, úpravny, kalibrovny a v samostaném provozu údržby (mechanika). Součástí práce je posouzení stávajícího stavu údržby a návrh nového systému, založeného na nové strategii s využitím technické diagnostiky. Pro vyřešení zadané práce bude nejprve provedena analýza současného stavu metodiky údržby a nákladů stávajícího stavu na opravy strojů. Na podkladech z analýzy bude navržen nový systém sledování technického stavu výrobních strojů a zařízení. Na základě klasifikace strojů dojde k rozřazení jednotlivých strojů podle kritičnosti do skupin A, B a C. Poté budou stroje, zařazené do kategorie A, začleněny do predikce údržby s využitím TBD a metody RCM. Pro stroje v kategorii B, bude zavedena údržba podle pravidelných intervalů s využitím měření TBD. Jelikož stroje v kategorii C jsou zastaralé a ve špatném technickém stavu nebo s malým časovým využitím ve směně, bude zde ponechána údržba po poruše dle stávajícího systému. Jelikož ekonomické ztráty vzniklé poruchovostí strojů musí být sníženy, bude nutné vybavit údržbu novými přístroji pro požadovaná měření, které budou schopny predikovat poruchový stav na zařízení. Ty budou vybrány na základě cenové nabídky dodavatelů těchto přístrojů. Poté bude provedena nová analýza údržby. Cílem projektu je tedy snížení současných nákladů na provoz výrobního zařízení a zavedení prediktivní údržby s využitím poznatků tribotechnické diagnostiky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with a proposal of a predictive maintenance system based on tribodiagnostics systems predictive maintenance on production machines in the production halls of the company.It introduces a new system of preventive and predictive maintenance according to the status/situation using methods of tribotechnical diagnostics (TBD). The new strategy is applicated on the producting machines and equiqment in the production hall rolling mill plant, finishing department, sizing mill and in the seperate operation of maintenance (mechanics). Part of this thesis is appraisal of the current status of maintenance and the proposal of new sytem based on the new strategy. Using technical diagnostic. For solving the specified work at first will be analyzed the current status of metodology of maintenance and costs of the current status for repairing of machines. From the materials of the analysis of current status will be suggested a new system of monitoring of technical condition of production machines and devices. On the basis of the classification of machines will be sorted machines according to the criticality into groups A, B and C. Machines, which will be classified in category A, will be incorporated into prediction of maintenance with using TBD nad method RCM. For machines in category B, will be implemented maintenance by the regular intervals, using measurements TBD. Because the machines in category C are obsoleted and in poor technical condition or with short time using in the shift, will be left there the maintenance after malfuction under the current system. Because the economics losos, which are caused by failure rate of machines, will be essential to equip maintenance with new machines for required measurements, which will be able to predict failure condition on the device. The machines will be selected on the basis of price, which are offered by providers of these machines. Then will be carry out a new analysis of maintenance. The aim of this project is reduce the current costs for operation of production devices and implementation of predictive maintenance, using knowledge of tribotechnical diagnostics.
