Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců v podniku Česká pošta, konkrétně úsek DEPO 70 Strakonice. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na teoretickou a praktickou část. This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of motivation and stimulation of employees of the Czech Post, specifically section 70 DEPO Strakonice.
