Comparison of VOC appellation systems
Abstract:
Práce Srovnání apelačních systémů VOC se zabývá víny klasifikovanými takzvaným románským způsobem, tedy podle jejich původu. Je zde popsána historie apelací ve světě s důrazem na Francii. Dále jsou v práci porovnány jednotlivá VOC v České republice, jejich současný stav a je zde také nastíněna možnost dalšího vývoje apelačního systému v ČR.
Abstract:
The work Comparison of VOC appellation systems deals with wines classified in the so-called Romanesque way, ie according to their origin. It describes the history of appeals in the world with emphasis on France.
