Práce se zabývá osobou zdravotně znevýhodněnou a jejím uplatněním na trhu práce. Teoretická část shrnuje vývoj právní úpravy osoby zdravotně znevýhodněné a podporu zdravotně znevýhodněných na trhu práce. The thesis deals with a person with a disability and its employment in the labor market. The theoretical part summarizes the development of legislation for the disabled and the support of the disabled in the labor market.
