Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce s názvem "Všeobecná sestra a její profesionalita" je zjištění, jak samotné sestry vnímají svou profesi. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní témata týkající se profese sestry, vzdělávání, postavení v týmu, vztahů a komunikace. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření o vnímání sesterské profese mezi sestrami.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor's thesis "General Nurse and Professionalism" is to find out how nurses themselves perceive their own profession. The theoretical part describes basic topics related to the nursing profession, education, teamwork, relationships and communication.
