Návrh skladového hospodářství ve vybraném podniku

Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem skladového hospodářství obchodního domu. Cílem práce je analýza současného stavu skladového hospodářství vybraného obchodního domu. Tato analýzy pomůže nalezení slabých míst a nedostatků aktuálního skladového řešení a následnému návrhu nového skladového hospodářství, tak aby došlo k odstranění stávajících nedostatků.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with design of new warehouse management for groceries and general merchandise store. The aim of this work is analysis of current warehouse management. This analysis will help to find the weaknesess and issues of current warehouse management and help to devise new warehouse management which will eliminate the weaknesess of current warehouse management.
