Influence of Socially Excluded Localities on Territorial Safety

Abstract:

Tato práce se věnuje problematice sociálně vyloučených lokalit a jejich vlivu na územní bezpečnost. V teoretické části je provedena rešerše literárních zdrojů, které se vztahují k dané problematice sociálního vyloučení, vyloučených lokalit, diskriminace a etnicity. Je nastíněna taktéž historie a vymezen právní rámec v oblasti řešené problematiky. V teoretické části práce je taktéž provedena charakteristika sociálně vyloučených lokalit a jejich vliv na bezpečnost. Jsou zde charakterizovány skupiny sociálně exkludovaných a jejich rysy, popsána problematika Romů a jejich menšin z hlediska sociální exkluze. Následně je v praktické části provedeno dotazníkové šetření směřované na veřejnost a na odborníky a jejich povědomí o řešeném problému. Taktéž je provedena komparace s ostatními kraji napříč Českou republikou. Výstupy z výzkumného šetření jsou následně použity pro návrh opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti.

Abstract:

This work deals with issue of socially excluded localities and their impact on territorial security. In the theoretical part, is performer search the literatury sources that relate to the issue of social exclusion, excluded localities, discrimination and ethnicity. History is also outlined and the legal framework in the field of solved problematice is defined. In theoretical part of work, the characteristics of socially excluded localities and their impact on safet were are also performed. In this work, the group of the socially excluded and their features are characterized, and problems of Roma ethnicity, their minorities and social exclusion are described. In the participal part is subsequently conducted a questionnaire survey aimed to the public and experts and their awareness of this problém. It i salso made a comparison with other region across the Czech Republic. The results of the research survey are subsequentely used to propose measures to increase safety.
