Abstract:

Práce přibližuje problematiku, vznik a prevenci psychického teroru na pracovišti. Psychický teror je zde vymezen jako nežádoucí chování jednotlivce či skupiny vůči náhodně vybrané osobě na pracovišti. Z těchto situací vznikají zážitky a vzpomínky, které si oběť psychického teroru může nést nadále celým svým životem. V této práci jsou vzájemně porovnávány vztahy zaměstnanců ze soukromé – konkrétně bankovní a obchodní – sféry se vztahy zaměstnanců ze státního sektoru, zastoupené Královéhradeckým krajem města Hradec Králové. Autorka má za cíl zjistit, v které pracovní sféře dochází častěji k nespokojenosti zaměstnanců na pracovišti, zda oběťmi mobbingu jsou ve větší míře ženy nebo muži a zda se mobbingu častěji dopouštějí osoby se středním a vyšším vzděláním. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. V první části jsou shrnuta fakta, která ovlivňují psychický teror na pracovišti. Druhá část je věnována samotnému průzkumu – stanovení hypotéz, jejich ověření a závěru celého průzkumu.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis outlines the problems of origin and prevention of psychological terror at workplaces. Psychological terror is defined as undesirable behavior of individuals or groups to a randomly selected person in the workplace. The result of these situations are experiences and memories that the victim of psychological terror can carry the whole life. In this work there are compared interaction of employees of private sphere – especially banking and business spheres – with employees from the state sector represented Královéhradecký region of Hradec Kralove. The author would like to investigate dissatisfaction of employees in these mentioned spheres, if the men or women are victims of mobbing more often and if the mobbing is supposed by person with lower or higher education. This thesis is devided in two parts – the theoretical and the practical one. In the first part there are facts which are influenced by psychical terror in the workplace. The second part includes the research - the hypothesis fixing, verification of this hypothesis and the result of this all research.
