Diplomová práce se zabývá zkušeností jedinců, kteří vstoupili do organizace Junák – český skaut v dospělosti. This diploma thesis deals with the experience of individuals who joined the Junák – Czech Scouting organization as adults. The theoretical part presents scouting itself in more detail and also contains shorter chapters devoted to free time, motivation, behavior, volunteering and self-concept.
