Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá překladem titulků filmu South Park a jeho dopadu na změny nebo ztráty ve významu. Teoretická část se zabývá teorií překladu, druhy a strategiemi překládání, tématikou ekvivalence a neekvivalentnosti, překladem sprostých slov, dabováním a titulkováním.
