Abstract:
Práce se věnuje směrnici 2005/29/ES a zejména procesu její transpozice, novými instituty pro český právní řád, vztahu nekalých obchodních praktik a nekalé soutěže a hlavně práci s celou směrnicí jako celkem. Celé práce je pojata velice kriticky a pokouší se alespoň částečnou analýzou celé směrnice poukázat na její slabá místa, zejména pak na rizika pro Českou republiku. V závěru se práce soustředí …more

The dissertation is focused on the European Directive 2005/29/EC and especially the process of its implementation, new institutes for the Czech legal system, relation between unfair commercial practices and unfair competition and primarily the method of working with the Directive as a one unit.
