Abstract:
Většina chromozomálních abnormalit plodů (až 98 %) připadá na aneuploidie. Se životem jsou slučitelné trizomie chromozomů 13, 18, 21 a aneuploidie pohlavních chromozomů. Direct PCR představuje variantu PCR, kdy není DNA izolována ze vzorku, ale do reakce jsou použity celé buňky. Most of chromosomal abnormalities (up to 98 %) are caused by aneuploidies. The trisomies of chromosomes 13, 18, 21 and gonosomal aneuploidies are compatible with life. Direct PCR is a modified PCR, in which DNA is not isolated from the samples, but whole cells are used into the reaction.
