Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou firemní kultury a strategie společnosti ABC. Práce má teoretický podklad, který má za úkol seznámit čtenáře s firemní kulturou a strategií společnosti s cílem poukázat na jejich vzájemné vazby. This thesis covers the issue of corporate culture and strategy of ABC. The theoretical foundation of the thesis introduces the readers to the key aspects of corporate culture and strategy and points out relations between them.
