Anotácia:

Tato práce poskytuje finanční analýzu tetovacího studia Zima, začínajícího podniku v odvětví tetování, a jeho strategie udržitelnosti, aby bylo možné pochopit, jak může společnost optimalizovat svou finanční výkonnost. Cílem je posoudit současný stav studia, identifikovat klíčové faktory ovlivňující jeho růst a formulovat dlouhodobé strategie, které zajistí ziskovost i konkurenceschopnost. Likvidita, ziskovost a provozní efektivita studia jsou hodnoceny pomocí poměrové, horizontální, vertikální, EBIT a scénářové analýzy, což jsou techniky kvantitativní finanční analýzy. Teoretický rámec se zaměřuje na postupy finančního řízení a problémy, kterým čelí začínající studio ve srovnání s referenčními hodnotami v odvětví, zatímco praktická část klade důraz na finanční informace studia z prvního roku jeho činnosti. Mezi důležité závěry patří, že zatímco v oblasti likvidity si studio vede dobře, ziskovost zhoršují vysoké fixní náklady, sezónní poptávka a skutečnost, že tento začínající podnik je velmi mladý a dlouho zavádí procesy a testuje různé hypotézy, které by mohly fungovat a přinést vyšší zisk. Podle analýzy scénářů poskytují tři finanční odhady, optimistický, realistický a pesimistický, vodítko při zvyšování příjmů, kontrole nákladů a technikách minimalizace rizik. Nakonec studie předkládá strategické závěry, které se zaměřují na potřebu diverzifikovat příjmy, zlepšit udržení zákazníků a zavést dlouhodobé strategie.

Abstract:

This thesis provides a financial analysis of Tattoo Studio Zima, a start-up in the tattoo industry, and its sustainability strategies to understand how a company can optimize its financial performance. The goal is to assess the current health of the studio, identify key factors affecting its growth, and formulate long-term strategies that ensure both profitability and competitiveness. The studios liquidity, profitability, and operational efficiency are evaluated using ratio, horizontal, vertical, EBIT and scenario analysis, which are quantitative financial analysis techniques. The theoretical framework focuses on the practices of financial management and the issues faced by a start-up versus industry benchmarks, while the practical part emphasizes on the financial information of the studio from its first year of operations. Important conclusions include that while the studio performs well in liquidity, profitability is worsened by high fixed costs, seasonal demand and the fact that this start-up is very young and has been establishing processes for a long time and testing out various hypotheses that might work and generate a higher profit. According to scenario analysis, three financial estimates, optimistic, realistic and pessimistic, provide guidance in revenue enhancement, cost controlling, and risk minimization techniques. Lastly, the study presents the strategic conclusions, which focuses on the need to diversify revenue, improve customer retention, and implement long-term financial planning to ensure sustainable growth.
