Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se věnuje stresu a učitelské profesi. Zaměřuje se především na vliv stresu na zdraví učitelek základních škol. Zabývá se stresem, učitelským stresem a jeho příznaky, zvládáním stresu, učitelskou profesí včetně požadavků na učitele kladených. Analyzuje zdroje a příčiny učitelského stresu a zmiňuje metody jeho zvládání.

Abstract:

The thesis devotes to the stress and teaching profession. It concentrates on the teacher stress and its influence on health of a teacher. It deals with the problem of stress, symptoms of stress and managing stress.It solves the problem of the teaching profession amd the teacher stress. It analyzes the sources and causes of the teacher stress.It also mentions the methods of managing the teacher stress.
