Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje stresu a učitelské profesi. Zaměřuje se především na vliv stresu na zdraví učitelek základních škol. Zabývá se stresem, učitelským stresem a jeho příznaky, zvládáním stresu, učitelskou profesí včetně požadavků na učitele kladených. Analyzuje zdroje a příčiny učitelského stresu a zmiňuje metody jeho zvládání.
Abstract:
The thesis devotes to the stress and teaching profession. It concentrates on the teacher stress and its influence on health of a teacher. It deals with the problem of stress, symptoms of stress and managing stress.It solves the problem of the teaching profession amd the teacher stress.
