Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou aplikace vysokých dávek vitamínu C. Teoretická část je věnována samotnému vitamínu C včetně historického kontextu. Konkrét-ně se věnujeme problematice aplikace vysokých dávek vitamínu C. Pozornost je věnována i oxidačnímu stresu včetně antioxidační ochrany organismu. Součástí teoretické části je i motivace. The thesis deals with the application of high doses of vitamin C. The theoretical part is devoted to vitamin C itself, including historical context. Specifically, we deal with the application of high doses of vitamin C. Attention is also paid to oxidative stress including antioxidant protection of the organism.
