Bond markets in Europe and the tendencies of their development

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the bond markets in Europe and the tendencies of their development. The first chapter is general information about bonds in terms of economic and legislative. Stock is described as an important institution of the bond market. This chapter explains the history of the bond from the earliest times to current events and trends in capital markets. It also addresses the risk of insolvency of the bond - bond rating. The second theoretical chapter is comprehensively dealt with the breakdown of bonds issuance methods, descriptions of government bonds, Germany, Great Britain and the Czech Republic. It focuses on the major exchanges in Europe, such as NYSE Euronext International, Frankfurt Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange. Bond issues on the EU market are processed in the third chapter. This chapter focuses on current events selected bond markets in Europe, the debt is written about extremism now. It also deals with the topical issue of the Euro and its correlation with the price of bonds. The European Central Bank and its current position solution.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá dlhopisovými trhmi v Európe a tendenciami ich vývoja. V prvej kapitole je všeobecná informácia o dlhopisoch z hľadiska ekonomického aj legislatívneho. Burza je charakterizovaná ako významná inštitúcia dlhopisového trhu. Táto kapitola vysvetľuje históriu vzniku dlhopisov od najstarších dôb po existujúce trendy a javy na kapitálových trhoch. Zároveň sa venuje riziku insolventnosti dlhopisového trhu - ratingu obligácii. Druhá teoretická kapitola sa ucelene zaoberá členením dlhopisov, spôsobmi emitovania, popisom vládnych dlhopisov Nemecka, Veľkej Británie a Českej republiky. Ďalej je zameraná na najvýznamnejšie burzy v Európe ako napríklad NYSE Euronext Liffe, burza Frankfurt a burza Londýn. Problémy dlhopisov na trhoch EÚ sú spracované v tretej kapitole. Táto kapitola je zameraná na aktuálne dianie vybraných dlhopisových trhov v Európe, je spracovaná analýza dlhového extrémizmu súčasnosti. Zároveň sa zaoberá aj aktuálnou otázkou meny Euro a jej súvis s cenou dlhopisov. Európska centrálna banka jej postoj a aktuálne riešenia.
