Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy, které se pojí se Schengenem. Patří sem Schengenské dohody, Lisabonská smlouva, Základní listina práv a svobod.Charakterizuje bezpečnostní rizika a s tím spojenou vnitřní a vnější bezpečnost státu. Praktická část je formou srovnávacího dotazníku.Je zde zhodnocena situace před vstupem ČR do schengenského prostoru a po vstupu.Byl vytvořen dotazník o 12 otázkách, zaměřených na bezpečnost ČR v rámci schengenského prostoru a s tím spojenými riziky.Srovnání bylo provedeno s výzkumem z roku 2007 ministerstva vnitra.Na základě srovnání a vlastního dotazníku byly vyhodnoceny závěry stávající situace vnitřní bezpečnosti ČR.Řešením je návrh posílení bezpečnosti kontrolou hranic.

Abstract:

I divided this thesis into two parts- theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains very important terms, which are connected with ? Schengen?. It includes Schengen´s agreements, Lisabon´s contract, the basic Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Further this part characterizes demarcation of security risks and internal and external security of the state. I conceived the practical part of this thesis as a comparative questionnaire. I assessed the situation before the Czech republic entered to Schengen´s area and then after the Czech republic entered to Schengen´s area. I prepared questionnaire with twelve questions. This questions were focused on safety of Czech republic within Schengen´s area and risks. I created a comparison with the research from 2007.This research created Home office before the Czech republic entered to Schengen´s area. On my own questionnaire and comparison I concluded to conclusions and evaluation this situation of safety. The first solution is border controls, that some countries in Schengens area still use. The Ireland and the United Kingdom controled their border constantly and they controled everyone who cross their border.
