Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je edukace sester ve zdravotnictví. Cílem práce bylo zjištění celkového postoje sester k celoživotnímu vzdělávání v rámci kvality a bezpečí v nemocnicích Pardubického kraje. K získání dat byl použit polostandardizovaný rozhovor, který tvořil okruhy předem daných otázek. The theme of the bacherol thesis is the education of nurses in health service. The aim of the study was to determine the overal attitudes of nurses to lifelong learning in the context of quality and safety in hospitals of Pardubice region.
