Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním bydlení v České republice. Práce se člení na dvě části – část popisující hypoteční úvěry v České republice a část, která se zaměřuje na stavební spoření v České republice. This bachelor's thesis deals with housing finance in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into two parts – a section describing mortgage loans in the Czech Republic and a section focusing on building savings in the Czech Republic.
