Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou institutu okamžitého zrušení pracovního poměru a porovnává jeho rozhodující aspekty z pohledu obou subjektů pracovněprávního vztahu. Následným vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření jsou v rámci možností objektivně vydefinovány skutkové důvody, jejich četnost a výskyt u jednotlivých právních forem podnikání na tuzemském trhu práce.

The main concern of this bachelor’s thesis is analysis of the summary dismissal institute and comparison of its deciding aspects from both subjects of the employment relationship.
