Diplomová práce se zabývá určením tržní hodnoty společnosti UNIQA pojišťovna, a. s., ke dni 1. 1. 2014. V první části je vymezen předmět ocenění včetně základních informací o podniku. Finanční analýza, jejímž úkolem je zhodnotit, zdali pojišťovna tvoří hodnotu, je zpracována s přihlédnutím k odlišnostem od klasických podniků. The aim of the thesis is to determine the market value of the insurance company UNIQA pojišťovna, a. s. to 1. 1. 2014. The first part defines the subject of the valuation and provides necessary information.
