Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo srovnat starší spa hotelu Four Seasons s novým spa a následně analyzovat vliv této změny na celkový příjem hotelu. Kromě dílčích statistik, zaměřujících se na vytíženost nového spa, obsahuje práce také srovnání s konkurenčními zařízeními v Praze, a to na základě velikosti, efektivity či cenové relace. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to compare the old spa in the Four Seasons Hotel to the new one and subsequently analyze the impact of this change on the hotel revenue. Apart from several statistics focusing on spa utilization, the thesis includes also a comparison with other competitive spa facilities located in Prague, mainly on the basis of their size, efficiency and price.
