Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o plánování a řízení projektu Veletrh pracovních příležitostí 2015 za studentskou organizaci IAESTE. V práci se čtenář seznámí s projektem, jeho historií, zainteresovanými stranami a logickým rámcem. Postupně je čtenáři představena WBS projektu, metoda SMART cílů, řízení času s Ganttovým diagramem a řízení nákladů a rizik s maticí a mapou rizik. Následně je popsáno řízení …more

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyse planning and management of the Job Fair 2015 for student organization IAESTE. In the thesis, reader is introduced to the project, its history, stakeholders and logic framework.
