Psychological training to aid fire brigade personnel in dealing with crisis situations

Abstract:

V práci se zabýváme problematikou psychologické přípravy profesionálních hasičů na řešení krizových situací. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na problematiku stresu a možnosti vzniku akutní reakce na stres. V části výzkumné jsme pomocí dotazníku provedli průzkum u profesionálních hasičů, jak snášejí stresové situace a zda se dokážou vypořádat s prožitým traumatem bez odborné pomoci a zajištění psychologické služby HZS. V části vyhodnocení máme grafické zpracování podstatných otázek s popisem analýzy.

Abstract:

This paper is devoted to the issue of professional firefighters psychological training to deal with crisis situations. In the theoretical part, we focus on the issues of stress and the possibilities of an acute reaction to stress. In the research part, we conducted a questionnaire survey of professional firefighters to find out how they manage stressful situations and whether they are able to deal with experienced trauma without professional help and the provision of psychological services at the firefighter's station. The evaluation part shows graphic design of the substantive questions with a description of the analysis.
