The Specifications of work activities in the Children's Home

Abstract:

Diplomová práce přibližuje oblast náhradní rodinné a výchovné péče. Zaměřuje se na problematiku ústavní výchovy a detailněji objasňuji význam pracovních a sebeobslužných činností, dovedností a návyků pro děti v dětském domově. Cílem diplomové práce je zodpovědět otázku, zda jsou děti vychovávané v dětském domově dostatečně vybaveny pracovními a sebeobslužnými kompetencemi pro samostatný život a zjistit, zda děti žijící v rodinách a v dětských domovech tyto činnosti ovládají ve stejném rozsahu. První kapitola vymezuje vývoj dítěte od narození do dospělosti a vliv rodiny na jeho vývoj. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje instituty náhradní péče o dítě, úkoly a cíle ústavní výchovy. Ve třetí kapitole se zabývám specifiky edukace v dětském domově. Přibližují obsah edukačních aktivit, zejména pak pracovních a sebeobslužných činnosti, pracovních kompetencí a význam resilience. Výzkumná část je i s vyhodnocením a závěry obsažena ve čtvrté kapitole.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis approaches of the area of alternative family care and the educational care. It focuses on issues of institutional care and more detailed clarifies the meaning of working and self service activities, skills and habits for children in Children’s home. The thesis was aimed to answer the question of whether children raised in children’s home is equipped with enough of working skills and self service competencies for independent life and to determine whether children living in families and Children’s home control these activities to the same extent. The first chapter defined the development of a child from birth to adulthood and family influence on its development. The second chapter characterized Institutes of alternative child care, tasks and goals objectives of institutional care. The third chapter dealt with the specific of education in a Children’s home. I explained the content of educational activities, particularly working and self service activities, working skills and the importance of resilience. The research is in part with evaluation and conclusions contained in chapter four.
