Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mikrovzorkovací technikou odběru krve pro preklinické studie a následnou optimalizací separace vybraných psychofarmak pro farmakokinetické profilování. This bachelor thesis deals with the microsampling technique of blood collection for preclinical studies followed by separation optimalization of selected psychotropic drugs for pharmacokinetic profiling.
