Histamine Intolerance - Theory and Practice

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice histaminové intolerance. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty dosavadní poznatky o histaminu, jeho roli v organismu, metabolismu, příčinách a příznacích, diagnostice a léčbě HIT. Praktická část se zaměřuje na využití eliminační diety v praxi na základě metodiky kvalitativního výzkumu formou kazuistik. Cílem práce je ověření vlivu eliminační diety na zmírnění příznaků HIT.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem of histamine intolerance. The theoretical part summarizes the current knowledge about histamine, its role in the organism, metabolism, causes and symptoms, diagnosis and treatment of HIT. The practical part focuses on the use of elimination diet in practice based on qualitative research methodology in the form of case studies. The aim of the thesis is to verify the effect of elimination diet on alleviation of HIT symptoms.
