Práce popisuje exekuce prodejem nemovitosti jako jeden ze způsobů provedení exekuce v českém právním prostředí. Prodej nemovitosti provádí soudní exekutor, který postupuje především podle exekučního řádu za použití ustanovení občanského soudní řádu.
