Contemporary theories of motivation

Abstract:

Motivace je významná oblast psychologie, která se týká každodenního života všech z nás. Ovlivňuje naše jednání, to jak přistupujeme k povinnostem, a směřuje nás k určitému cíli. Ve své práci se věnuji tématu motivace, její teoretické stránce, a hlavními představiteli v oboru. Uvádím jejich nejznámější teorie, a to jak jsou v praxi uplatňovány. Dále v práci představuji studie zaměřeny na obor motivace v nejrůznějších odvětvích a jejich výsledky, z nich lze odvodit určité závěry použitelné běžné i specifické životní situace.

Abstract:

Motivation is an important area of psychology that concerns everyday life of all people. It affects our actions, how we approach duties, and directs us to a certain goal. In my work I deal with the topic of motivation, its theoretical aspect, and the main representatives in the field. I mention their best known theories, how they are applied in practice. Furthermore, I present studies focusing on the field of motivation in various sectors and their results, from which certain conclusions can be drawn. specific life situations.
