Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na multikulturní aspekty zdravotně-sociální péče u osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem teoretické části je vymezit teoretická východiska základních konceptů a analyzovat aktuální stav zkoumaného problému. Výzkumná část navazuje na teoretické poznatky. Cílem výzkumné části práce je zjistit, jak zdravotně-sociální pracovnici rozumí multikulturním aspektům zdravotně-sociální péče u osob se zdravotním postižením a tím zjistit, zda disponují multikulturními kompetencemi, a zda je využívají ve své práci. Ve výzkumu byla využita kvalitativní výzkumná strategie.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on multicultural aspects of health and social care for people with disabilities. The aim of the theoretical part is to define the theoretical background of the basic concepts and to analyze the current state of the researched problem. The research part follows up on the theoretical findings. The aim of the research part of the thesis is to obtain how health and social workers understand the multicultural aspects of health and social care for people with disabilities, and this way to get to know whether they have multicultural competences, and whether they practise them. A qualitative research strategy was used in the research.
