Process Analysis of IRS Typical Activities
Abstract:
Learn the principles of crises management, process modelling and BPMN notation. Perform process analysis relating to typical IRS component activities relevant to the Czech Republic. Create commented process diagrams, and focus on the simulation and optimisation of these diagrams.
Abstract:
Zoznámiť sa s princípmi krízového riadenia. Zoznámiť sa s princípmi modelovania procesov a notáciou BPMN. Vykonať procesnú analýzu typových činností zložiek IZS v Českej republike. Vytvoriť okomentované procesné diagramy. Zamerať sa na simuláciu a optimalizáciu týchto diagramov.
