Abstract:
Cílem práce je navrhnout legislativní řešení, resp. z již navrhovaných vybrat taková, která by omezila a (pokud možno) i vymýtila karuselové podvody. V první kapitole je uvedena základní charakteristika DPH a je shrnut historický vývoj normativní regulace DPH na unijní úrovni. Ve druhé kapitole je vysvětlen princip karuselových podvodů. The goal of this thesis is to propose solutions preventing from carousel frauds or to pick those that are already proposed. There is a basic characteristic of VAT and summary of historical development of EU legal regulation of VAT in the first chapter. The second chapter explains how carousel frauds work.
