Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití hmyzu jako potraviny nového typu. Práce zahrnuje historii spojenou s konzumací hmyzu, přehled konzumovaného hmyzu ve světě a platnou legislativu. This bachelor thesis is focused on the use of insects as a new type of food. The work includes a history associated with the consumption of insects, an overview of the insects consumed in the world and current legislation.
