Acute Infectious Conditions in Pre-Hospital Care

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou akutní infektologické stavy v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Teoretická část práce se zabývá obecným seznámením s těmito stavy. Rozděluje je dle lokalizace a poukazuje na jejich průběh. Dále popisuje diagnostiku a péči o infekčně nemocného v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Díky rozsáhlosti tématu je bakalářská práce v základní rovině této problematiky a zabývá se onemocněními, která lze identifikovat v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsání problematiky akutních infektologických stavů a dále v praktické části primárně zjištění úrovně znalostí zdravotnických záchranářů o akutně probíhajících infekcích v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a poté vypracování jednoduché pomůcky k orientaci v této problematice. Na teoretickou část navazuje část praktická, která je tvořena kvantitativní metodou průzkumu. Průzkumné šetření je realizováno formou dotazníku. Dotazník byl rozeslán mezi zdravotnické záchranáře pracující na vybrané zdravotnické záchranné službě a obsahuje 16 otázek směřující ke zkušenostem záchranářů v poznávání a řešení situací spojených s infekcemi v terénu. Z rozeslaného dotazníku bylo vytěženo 70 odpovědí. Výsledky jsou zaznamenány pomocí tabulek a grafů.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is acute infectious conditions in pre-hospital emergency care. The teoretical part of the work deals with a general familiarization with these conditions. It divides them according to location and points out their progress. It also describes the diagnosis and care of an infectious patient in pre-hospital care. As a result of the topic’s extensiveness, the bachelor’s thesis level is at its basic level of this topic and deals with diseases that can be identified in pre-hospital emergency care. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor’s thesis is to describe the topic of acute infectious diseases, and then, in the practical part, to primarily determine the level of knowledge of paramedics about acute infections in pre-hospital emergency care and then to develop a simple tool for orientation in this subject. The teoretical part is followed by the practical part, which consists of a quantitative research method. The exploratory survey is carried out in the form of a questionnaire. The questionnaire was sent out to paramedics working at Medical Ambulance Service and contains 16 questions aimed at the paramadic’s experience in recognizing and dealing with situations associated with infections in the field. Overall, 70 responses were obtained from the sent out questionnaire. The results are presented using tables and graphs.
