Job opportunities for persons with disabilities in today's job market

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem pracovního uplatnění jedinců s tělesným postižením na současném trhu práce. Jejím hlavním cílem je analyzovat situaci tělesně postižených na současném trhu práce v regionu Prostějov a okolí. Dílčími cíli této práce je analýza postojů tělesně postižené osoby z hlediska zaměstnání a zjistit zda tělesné postižení má vliv na uplatnění na současném trhu práce. Dalším dílčím cílem je také zjistit motivace a snahu tělesně postižené osoby práci získat a udržet si jí. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním hlavních pojmů, problematikou předprofesní a profesní přípravy a možnosti uplatnění se jedinců s tělesným postižením na současném trhu práce. V praktické části jsou uvedeny cíle, metody a závěry výzkumu. Výzkum byl prováděn dotazníkovou metodou

Abstract:

This thesis deals with employment of individuals with physical disabilities in today's job market. Its main objective is to analyze the situation of disabled persons in the current labor market in the region Prostějov and neighborhood. The intermediate objectives of this work is to analyze the attitudes of disabled people in terms of employment and to determine whether the physical disability affects the application of the current labor market. Yet another objective is also to find motivation and effort disabled people to access employment and retain it. The theoretical part deals with the definition of key concepts, issues of and job opportunities to individuals with pre-professional and the professional orientation physical disability in today's job market. In the practical part sets out the objectives, methods and conclusions of the research. The research was conducted using questionnaires.
