Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit hospodaření města Orlová od roku 2017. V teoretické části je vymezen teoretický rámec problematiky financování a hospodaření municipalit, zejména postavení obce v rámci územní samosprávy, rozpočet obce, příjmy a výdaje dle rozpočtové skladby. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the management of the city of Orlová since 2017.
