Current issues of bank regulation in the field of Human Resources

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem pravidel bankovní regulace na oblast lidských zdrojů v bankách na území České republiky. Práce je soustředěna na oblast získávání a výběru zaměstnanců. Primárním cílem práce je poskytnout přehled požadavků na pracovníky a členy nejvyšších orgánů v bankovních organizacích. Druhotným cílem práce je zhodnotit užívaný náborový proces v bankách v současné ekonomické situaci a stanovit vlastní návrhy vedoucí k jeho optimalizaci. Výsledky práce se opírají o legislativní základnu bankovní regulace, reálná data zpracovaná z interních materiálů personální agentury Jobstart, poznatky z praxe a údaje vyplývající z platového průzkumu Hays pro rok 2016. Při plnění všech cílů práce je kladen důraz na aktuálnost prezentovaných skutečností. V bakalářské práci se podařilo vytvořit komplexní přehled požadavků bankovních organizací na pracovníky na běžných i specifických pracovních místech. Ukázalo se, že bankovní regulace proces získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v bankách příliš neovlivňuje a aktuální problémy bank v této oblasti jsou výrazněji způsobeny současnou situací na trhu práce charakteristickou nedostatkem kvalitních kandidátů.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis analyses the influence of the bank regulation on the Human resources within the internal processes of Czech banks. Reaching the right candidates and choosing the appropriate ones is the main consideration of this elaboration. The primary target is to summarize all legal requirements not only for the employees but also the members of the management or board members. Secondary target is to assess the current and common approaches for getting new employees in the current economic environment and suggest an optimization of these processes. The outcome of this thesis is supported by the current bank-regulation framework, the real HR data referred in this work are internal data from the HR agency Jobstart and other references are coming from the Hays 2016 wage analysis. While fulfilling the targets for this paper is paid special attention to accuracy and recency of all referred data. This paper is successful and complex gathering of all available legal requirements on the HR regulations regarding highly specialized but also average employment arrangements. The result of this paper shows, that the regulatory framework of bank regulation has not a significant influence on getting new employees, while much more complications are caused by the current market situation of the available workforce.
