Possibilities of TJ SVS Krkonoše Vrchlabí

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza současné situace oddílu a vypracování návrhu na zlepšení situace občanského sdružení TJ SVS Krkonoše Vrchlabí. Z analýzy současné situace a analýzy SWOT vyplynulo, že se TJ potýká v posledních letech s celkovým poklesem výkonosti svých závodníků, kteří nedosahují požadovaných výsledků. Další slabou stránkou je nestabilní a nejistá finanční situace. V závěru práce jsou vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení této situace. První část návrhu je zaměřena na podporu SCM Vrchlabí, zvyšování příjmů v podobě zavedení členských příspěvků a obnovení čerpání dotací a grantů, a zavedení funkce sportovního manažera v organizační struktuře TJ. Druhá část návrhu je zaměřena na zlepšení situace TJ v budoucích letech a je zde navrženo vytvoření komplexní sportovní a rekreační příměstské zóny.

Abstract:

The main goal of this dissertation is to analyse the current situation of ?SVS Krkonoše Vrchlabí Sports Association? and to propose improvements to the condition of the club. The analysis of the current situation and SWOT analysis have shown that the Sports Association has issues with the overall performance drop of its members, who do not achieve the required results. Another weakness is unstable and uncertain financial situation. The final part of this document contains the actual proposals to improve the situation. The first part of the proposal is focused on the support of SCM Vrchlabí, increasing its revenues in the form of membership fees, reconsidering the utilization of donations and grants, and introducing the role of a sports manager in the Sports Association?s organization structure. The second part of the proposal is focused on the improvements of the condition of the Sports Association in the future and the planned creation of all-embracing suburban zone for sports and recreation.
