Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá témou zmenky a ich praktického využitia v bankovej praxi. Cieľom práce je ozrejmiť povahu zmenky a jej využitie v bankových vzťahoch. Na pochopenie je dobré pochopiť druhy a funkcie v zmenkových vzťahoch.
