Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám analýzou nástrojů řízení uplatňovaných v daném podniku. Nejdříve se v teoretické části zaměřuji na vymezení základních pojmů a následně charakterizuji jednotlivé manažerské nástroje. Abstract:
The thesis is about analysis of managerial tools used in a company. First, I describe the basic concepts in theoretical part and then I characterize individual managerial tools. Theoretical part forms the basis for research in company which is described in practical part. The research consists of interview with manager and questionnaire between employees.
