Abstract:
Hlavním tématem mé diplomové práce jsou prezidentské volby konané ve Francii v roce 2012. Práce vymezuje ústavní východisko nejen voleb samotných, nýbrž i pravomocí prezidenta a jeho vztahu k Národnímu shromáždění a vládě. The main topic of my diploma thesis are presidential elections held in France in 2012. The thesis defines a constitutional basis not only of elections themselves, but also of powers of the president and his relation to the National Assembly and the government.
