Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá ochranou práv pacientů, jakožto součásti ochrany veřejného zdraví. Jejím cílem je provést rozbor jak české právní úpravy, tak i úpravy v zahraničí, a to pouze některých dílčích práv pacienta. This thesis deals with the protection of patineťs rights, as part of the protection of public health. Iťs aim is to analyze the Czech legislation as well as adjustments in foreign countries, of some partial rights of the patient.
