Disertační práce je zaměřena na plazmové čištění a aktivaci skleněných povrchů. Studie těchto účinků a jejich možnosti uplatnění byla provedena na dvou typech skla: plaveném sodnovápenatém a flexibilním ultratenkém. This doctoral thesis focuses on plasma cleaning and activation of glass surfaces. Investigation of these effects and their applicability was performed on two types of glass: float soda-lime and flexible ultra-thin.
