Srdeční ischemie je soubor různých onemocnění, které způsobují nedostatečné okysličení srdeční tkáně a její následné poškození až odumření. Pro lepší pochopení srdeční ischemie se používají savčí modelové organismy. Na modelových organismech se zkoumají příčiny, průběh a dopady srdeční ischemie. Abstract:
Cardiac ischemia is a set of various diseases that cause lack of oxygenation of the heart tissue and its subsequent damage or even death. Mammalian model organisms are used to better understand cardiac ischemia. The causes, course and effects of cardiac ischemia are investigated in model organisms.
