Removal of Structures in the Practice of the Building Offices

Abstract:

V této práci autor, po uvedení do problematiky, popisuje vývoj právní úpravy stavebního zákona na úseku odstraňování staveb od minulosti až po současnost. Po vymezení nejdůležitějších pojmů budou rozebrány jednotlivé způsoby projednávání odstraňování staveb s odkazy na konkrétní paragrafy stavebního zákona a sankce za porušení ze zákona vyplývajících povinností. V práci budou uvedeny reálné případy z praxe autora a jeho zhodnocení současné právní úpravy stavebního zákona na úseku odstraňování staveb.

Abstract:

In this thesis the author, after the introduction to the topic, describes the development of the Bulding Law legislation concerning removal of buildings from the past to the present. After defining the key terms the author focuses on different ways of discussing the removal of buldings with reference to the particular articles of the Building Act and the sanctions for breach of the duties arising from the law. The thesis includes real examples from the practice of the author and his assessment of the current Building Act legislation concerning removal of buildings.
