Application Project of the Calculation Method in Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce řeší projekt aplikace kalkulační metody ve vybrané firmě. Cílem této práce je implementace nové kalkulační metody, zahrnující skutečné spotřebované náklady na jednotlivé výrobky. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na metodu ABC (Activity Based Costing), která přiřazuje náklady jednotlivým aktivitám. V rámci zvolené firmy byla provedena analýza nákladů a dosavadního kalkulačního systému s jejím vyhodnocením. Dle výše zvolené metody byla provedena její aplikace na předem určené výrobky. Následným vy-hodnocením aplikované metody bylo zjištěno, že nová kalkulační metoda ABC je pro danou firmu vhodná a je možná její aplikace v praxi.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the project of application of the costing method in a selected company. The objective of this thesis is to implement new costing methods, including the actually consumed costs for individual products. The diploma thesis is focused on the ABC method (Activity Based Costing) which assigns the costs to individual activities. In the selected company, there was performed the cost analysis and the analysis of the current costing system, together with its assessment. According to the method selected above, its application was performed on the predefined products. By the subsequent assessment of the applied method, it was discovered that the new ABC costing method is suitable for the company and that it may be implemented in its operations.
